After working during nearly 10 years in the international solidarity, energy transition and environmental protection sectors, within NGOs and research units, Armand co-founded the Printemps Ecologique eco-union, a union of employees whose aim is to guide and represent those who wish to accelerate (or enable) the ecological and social transformation of the organisations in which they work.
