Description
After 14 years as a CSR Director, Souba decided to start working on impact entrepreneurship. In 2017, she created La Financière Cameena, an investment company specialised in the energy transition, while also becoming a CSR and DEI strategy consultant. As a Climate Justice activist & speaker, she also co-founded the organization Les Impactrices for a more inclusive climate action. Her mission: to promote the role of women and diversity in accelerating ecological transitions.
