Luc Bellière, an engineer with a doctorate in science, founded Ana Bell Group (A.Bell426) in 2008, the result of the transformation of a family business created in 1972 (Sofraser) into a group of companies shared with employees. This group forms a community of resources that is now open to SSE or ecological entrepreneurs and structures. A lecturer since 2006 on the ecological challenge, territorial cooperation and sober and shared enterprise, he is founder and chairman of PERSEE3C (Pour l'Engagement et la Responsabilité Sociétal des Entreprises, l'Économie Circulaire, Coopérative, Collaborative) and of the PTCE CI&EL (Pôle territorial de coopération économique Circularité, Inclusion & Économie Locales) and chairs the Development Council of the PETR Gâtinais-Montargois.
