Description
Erika is a sustainability practitioner with 10 years of experience in business development, sales and marketing, and social entrepreneurship. She worked on various projects with different sectors such as FMCG, consulting, academe and non-profit organizations.
Erika is also the founder of a dairy social enterprise called Karabella Dairy and has garnered many impact and food awards such as the WACOAL Woman of the World 2019 by Philippine Wacoal Corporation, Young Entrepreneur Women of Eiffel Tower Award 2018 by Janat Paris, Femmes Du Monde Foundation, and Ayala Malls. They were also the Ultimate Taste Test Winner 2016-2018 Editions by Our Awesome Planet and was part of the Top 20 Best Desserts by Yummy Magazine.
A former Director for Climate Change and Sustainability Services (CCaSS) at Ernst & Young (EY) Philippines, Erika is very passionate about solving today’s global problems, addressing the climate crisis and getting to know initiatives on social entrepreneurship and circular economy.
Erika holds a Bachelor's degree in Applied Corporate Management from De La Salle University and an MBA in International Business from ESCP Business School.
