Description
Alexia Gaube worked as a Strategy Consultant, after achieving Management degrees from Toulouse Business School and IESEG School of Management (France/Peru/Thailand). In 2021, she decided to quit the corporate world to become an International Volunteer in the Youth inclusion field for Life Project 4 Youth (LP4Y). She first coordinated the Youth Inclusion Network (an LP4Y initiative), from India and The Philippines, accompanying companies in developing initiatives and best practices for the professional inclusion of marginalized Youth. She then operated as Coach for LP4Y Cebu center (The Philippines), working directly on the field with more than 50 Youth coming from excluded backgrounds, supporting their skills enhancement, micro-company management and professional readiness. She will soon start a new mission as Project Manager and LP4Y representative at the United Nations in New York. Alexia had the opportunity to campaign for economic, professional and social inclusion of Young people at different international summits including ChangeNow, Youth SDG Summit, the Nobel Prize Dialogue in 2022, and lately the Universal Youth Leadership Summit in 2023.
